FIFTH ANNUAL PSEUDOSCIENCE FAIR

日本一本道a不卡免费More than 120 students came together to present the culmination of their research during the fifth annual STEM@Arkansas Pseudoscience Fair. The Pseudoscience Fair unites courses in philosophy, communication, engineering, biology, chemistry and history with a common intellectual experience. For this assignment, students were asked to choose a pseudoscientific claim — that is, something that sounds like science but does not meet the basic tenets of scientific investigation — and debunk it through careful research. In September, all participating students attended a workshop to introduce them to the idea of pseudoscience, how to do library research and how to organize and present their posters.
